Was readily apparently that some front desk staff were in training. While my experience was relatively flawless the same could not be said for other guests that day. Such kinks should be worked out shortly but do impact perception.

My room had no heat, no AC, no batteries in the remote for the TV. Couldn't watch TV. Everything was unplugged when I got there. Had to plug in everything in myself. Wasn't even worth $40 let alone the $100 I paid

Very unclean, I doubt the room was cleaned there was hair in the bed and all over the floor, cigarette burns on the bathtub, the washroom door didn't lock, dogs barking all night. By far the worst hotel I've ever been to.

NO heat in room! It was -very- cold. Faucet handle came off when I went to use the sink. Dried urine on the toilet, and the toilet seats were both left up. The outside door by my room didn't work so I had to walk all the way around the building. Front desk staff was very nice. My non smoking room did not smell of smoke thankfully.

This property needs some serious updating. The beds were on a slight angle, the pillows were in a lopsided ball shape. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. People knocking on our door at 3 am. The staff was kind and the rooms were clean.

It was very sketchy. The room was disgusting. It had stains on the sheets when we got there and there was what looked like food all over the wall and stuff on the blinds. Would not recommend at all.

Not a place to stay
Check-in went well, the room had very few lights that worked, room was very hot and heater could not be adjusted. When we had breakfast there was no coffee and they refused to make more. It was not even 7:00 and breakfast goes till 9:00. I was thinking about staying another night, but will find a different place.

Nice and quiet. Lobby and other areas are under renovation so it is a bit messy. My key never worked on the rear entrance, so I had to walk around if I went out to my vehicle

Although the staff was kind, there were People yelling at each other all through the night, inside and outside, both nights we were there. Children crying all hours of the night in multiple rooms upstairs and down. The whole atmosphere of the place felt off and uncomfortable. We won't stay there again.

Had way too much trouble getting a room key to work in the back door and my room. Smoke detector in the hall was beeping low battery. Would it even sound off if smoke was present? My smoke detector in my room was missing. No cups or ice bucket liner in my room. No fresh fruit at the breakfast.

The lady at check it was great! The first room, lights and fan didn’t work in the restroom, the second room, the toilet was broken, and room needed painted, the window was stuck open, and third and final room, (only for one night) the flap in the toilet did not auto close. The rooms are in rough shape, not what it was 4 years ago for sure. This will be my last time staying here.

Convenient and fine for just staying a night traveling through. Seemed clean and mostly quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but was better than nothing. But they were out of coffee! That was very disappointing. Also when we came in the room, the heat was going. It was in the upper 70s that day. So we turned on the ac but it had to run all night just to cool the room. Seemed overpriced for the value.

We had a very pleasant afternoon in the outside pool beating the heat, even found some shade! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Bonus for little refrig Will probably stay again if ever back to Billings. The staff, although new to the job, were very helpful and kind.Thanks Econolodge, and the coffee wasn't terrible!
