"The hotel is walking distance from the El Paso Convention Center. I stayed there for a conference and the location was very convenient for me. The hotel is very nice on the outside, and it’s even nicer on the inside. The room service was great, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant there is very good too. Overall, it was a great stay."

"Great stay! Clean room, simple layout, nothing fancy, and a great price! Walking distance to the mall and so many other places. No breakfast included but that’s ok because whataburger is next door. Great staff! Really helpful…our tv wasn’t working so they quickly moved us to another room. She even offered money back for the inconvenience. I’ve NEVER had a hotel do that ☺️. In this day of high inflation, I’ll gladly book this place all day every day."

"For a place that we used to sleep it did the job. The free breakfast was always prepared on time. Only issue is the bathtub had a broken turn thing and water would leak out of it, making the water pressure low on the actual faucet and shower head. "
