"Condo was clean, well equipped. Property facilities were more than expected. We were there at a less busy time and was exceptionally quiet. Property is away from "downtown" area but was walkable to grocery shopping and basic needs."

"I must say I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this cottage. Check in was easy, the cabin was clean, plenty towels ,bedding, cookware. There is no laundry facility as noted in amenities. There were a few cracks in the floor tiles, which was no big deal to me. I had my own DVD's for living living room TV. The grounds could have used some attention. My only issue was the faucet in the Shower dripped continuous. The faucet handles could use some replacement. I will be staying here upon my return to Big Bear."

"The was a list minute book because of another hotel issue. Those who work the front were super friendly and very attentive. The hotel was very cute inside with retro style appliances and spacious rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus along with it being pet friendly."
