This modern, quality home has the best that Sunriver offers! Convenient location with modern, quality construction and new furnishings! The master suite is upstairs and has a queen bed with sitting area. The master bath has been recently remodeled with radiant floor heating and walk in shower. There is also a spacious loft upstairs that has fold out sleeping pads for two guests. Downstairs is another full bath, living room, kitchen, second bedroom with a queen bed, den with a queen sofa sleeper and washer/dryer. The kitchen is modern with a great pantry for storage! Ample room in the garage to store all your toys. Comfortable hang-out area in garage for Foosball and games, but no parking available in garage. Bike path just off the back deck makes access to the miles of trails simple and easy. The SHARC and village are an easy bike ride away! 4 adult cruisers are at the house for you to use. 6 SHARC passes included! Enjoy!

Great host and great stay.
Our family of 4 stayed and we were all very impressed with the home. The pictures don’t do justice, it’s a gorgeous home. We felt like we were home. Thanks for having bikes available and the hot tub was extremely clean. My son and I enjoyed the foosball even though he lost miserably. We will be sure to book again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Check in instructions may need a little update on buttons on lock box (upper vs lower button) to access keys. 1 key was for the front door and the other key in lock box wasn't for anything? Found the hot tub key in a wooden dish in the enrty way. Overall the house was well equipped. Enjoyed the gas fireplace and hot tub!

PERFECT LOCATION
Loved the location! Enjoyed the sound of the train in the distance each night. We used the hot tub each day after our 20 mile bike ride. Would definitely rent this house again. It had every pot and pan one could need. Will definitely rent here again!

Beautiful place!
What a beautiful house! Very clean and well maintained. Our original plan went a bit awry when my son broke his leg and couldn’t attend the trip as planned. I let Cyndi know we were only going to stay one night due to his injury and she refunded one night! That was unexpected and so incredibly kind of her. The house is in perfect location near the village and is perfect for families. We will definitely rent again.

Outstanding location and rental
This place was great! Fun layout with a loft, nice kitchen, great hangout space in the garage and four workable bikes. BBQ and fireplace added to the charm. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the coming years.

Sweet Sunriver Stay
The house itself is comfortable and beautiful. It’s conveniently located to the Village, SHARC, Observatory & Marina. Communication prior to rental was easy with quick responses from Owner. There are a few minor details that need attention, such as: 4 of the 6 deck chairs are in extremely bad condition, they are ripped/ torn with stuffing coming out. They need replacing. The kitchen knives are extremely dull, making food prep a challenge. Carpet in downstairs bedroom could use a spot cleaning. These are a few things, seemingly overlooked, that would have made this review 5 stars.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sunriver. The house was in a great area - we biked and walked all around. Fort Rock Park is very close and we were able to walk there which was really nice. We loved the hot tub and using the deck out back to play games in the evenings. My kids loved "camping out" using the two sleeping pads and sleeping in the loft. Overall a wonderful stay.

Sunriver is Stunning!
The house is lovely with gorgeous furniture and comfortable beds. The bikes were so nice to use, as well as the float. We enjoyed the hot tub each morning and evening to view the stars. Such a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Nice two bedroom home in Sunriver. We were there for a quick weekend wedding and were out often. Place was great. Had a little issue with the upstairs tv getting it to work but once we figured out the remote, all was good.

Great value in Sunriver!
This home has is conveniently located with access to SHARC and a short bike or car trip to the Village. We spent the Christmas holiday there, and the property was perfect for our intergenerational family. The hot tub is huge and hidden from sight. Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to put larger beds in the two bedrooms. Thank you for an outstanding holiday stay!

Great option for getaway
Very nice house , well appointed, with lots of the amenities you would want in a renal house,. Feels very private as in a less busy part of Sunriver Resort. Very roomy for our family of 4 and took advantage of the hot tub and bikes. Nice to have the SHARC passes as well. Overall, really happy with our stay and property. I would stay here again!

Nice Visit - Good Location
House was nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. The only issue was the bed pillows - they could use a replacement. There is some rotting wood around the hot tub that needs replacement before someone gets hurt - my son almost put his foot thru it.....otherwise, nice home - location is good off Beaver Dr but close enough to the mall and North Store.
