"Wonderful place to stay, had a great time lots of instruments to try, had lots of space to spread out and hangout, the hot tub was very nice and clean. Overall had a fantastic stay the lighted walkway is amazing! All the amenities available where also great, Jon was a great host and we had a great time speaking with him!"

"This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. "The only downfalls about staying here were not really in control of the property. The neighborhood is loud with traffic but did calm down after 11ish. The only complaint about the hotel was the limited towels. I didn’t realize I was going to need another shower so when I asked for another towel, there were no regular towels (they were in the wash). And the pool/gym towels are fairly useless. Thin and warn you’ll have better luck with a sock. But I’d definitely stay again."

Tv remote would not turn tv off, had to unplug from wall. Found out later that there is a finger sensor. Would have been nice to let people know as the tv was unplugged when I arrived indicating people before me had same problem."
