Very helpful staff; location is good, not too far from BTS station; air condition too cold, difficult to adjust; bed a bit too soft for me.

Before COVID, this hotel is perfect. But recent stay is definitely not as good as in before. More particularly, poor house keeping works.

10 days’ trip
Staff are very good, polite and helpful(e.g. help booking taxi, answering email asap) ;bed is big enough and comfortable; view is good; very near to convenient stores and restaurants, laundry shops are nearby; near Asok Bts station (around 8mins walk is ok especially when you eat full. Will book again. It is perfect if the freezer is bigger and cooler enough to store ice-cream and fruits.

Everything is perfect and tedious here. The hotel’s location is great and close to BTS Asok station, near the hote has many spa and massage houses. The staff of the hote is kind and helpful, they are great in service. The hotel room was clean and well decorated. The price of the stay was reasonable and worth a stay.

I like the fact that tuk tuk is provided for guest to reach Asok BTS station and that all hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. There’re convenient stores nearby The downside , however, is that the location of the hotel is a bit far from BTS station and the traffic around the neighbourhood could be busy which cause delay for Tuk Tuk.

A very good experience
The hotel location is good with convenient store and restaurant nearby, about 10 mins walk to BTS and MRT station also have shuttle tuktuk service. Hotel room is clean and spacious and bed is comfortable, in room wi-fi is very fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful and took good care of us during our stay. A special thanks to the hotel for my friend's little birthday cake, it was a very nice surprise when we return to our room, think they notice my friend's birthday when we check-in, thank you much. we went to the roof top bar one night, nice view over the city and very good atmosphere. The swimming pool is a bit too open to the lift lobby and the kids play area is next to it, while we were there a large group of parents and kids came to the pool from the kids area and kind of spoil the mood. Overall it is a very nice hotel and will definitely recommend to others.

The first day we made reserved this hotel that we had mentioned need connecting rooms for 3 nights, but they only provided us 1 day at final ! In fact, they said can provided us 2 nights but the guy of front desk whom have not let us know the procedure clearly, they should advised us need packed all our luggage & put them in the front desk before we went outside, so then they can changed the new rooms to us accordingly. removed our luggage to the connecting rooms
