"First of all, I'm not that picky, but they really need to update their rooms. The walls were all stained, towel rack was damaged but still hanging on the wall w 2 broken hooks, the water heater was terribly tiny water droplets. There were hair in the bathroom, we got stung at least 10 x the minute we entered the room. There were barely any security on the door, jus a door knob w a button, plus a small tiny hook. All the channels were in Thai even when the screen says dual language. At midnight...
