Good Staff but some facility are not going well
We paid extra money for premium bathtub but it can't work properly until the other day, the overall staffs are good, but it should be partially redeemed for customer loss. Just a feeling. Maybe they just don't really care what customer feel...

Great one
Nice location not far from shopping malls and BTS Station. I love the infinity pool a lot with a great view. Pity that there is no spa and sauna in the hotel.
My room is facing the US embassy residence which is very beautiful but the traffic is a bit noisy if u stay at low floors.
