"The Kempinski Hotel is luxurious in all areas, a wonderful stay, very well appointed and the staff in all areas are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel facilities are fantastic for both family and individual stays. We stayed in a 2 level Executive suite on ground level with pool access from our room. Restaurants within the hotel cater for everyone’s needs and tastes. Perfectly located in the major shopping district of Bangkok all within short walking distance. The Kempinski Hotel is a must stay."

"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys book at this hotel! "
