This property was nice & clean. There are only a few things that stood out to me. The pool was closed like most other reviews mentioned but that was fine with me because I wasn't interested in using it. The other thing is there was a $150 deposit that i had to pay even though my reservation was paid for in full ahead of time. That was odd to me because I paid in full, left a card on file for incendentals AND paid the $150. Ive never heard of that before. Another thing is we went to breakfast during the hours posted & almost everything was put up. We were able to start to make a waffle but the kitchen staff tried to turn it off while my food was cooking.They also put up the milk so many of us (guests) were left with dry cereal, a half cooked waffle with no syrup or nothing at all. Mind you this was well within breakfast hours.The main thing is that the small fridge/freezer in the room didn't work & we lost alot of food. We reported it & they sent maintenance while we were out to replace it but that doesn’t bring back the money we spent in food that had to be thrown out because it was hot. We were there for 3 ddays & after the breakfast issue the food we lost was what we planned to eat outside of going out.
