"Miriam was an absolute delight as a host. We began communicating upon booking and her replies were quick and, informative. We had an issue with the hot water and, Miriam was quick to send over maintenance. We would definitely use this rental company again but, maybe stay a little farther north to be closer to restaurants."

"Great facility and service overall. Trash management system is not convenient. Have to walk a block outside to drop in a barrel. One of the showers didn’t drain even after it was serviced. "Gabriela’s condo is a beautiful, modern place with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you will need and a bonus of a washing machine. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "
