At the time there was construction going on which we were awear of. However we didnt know that it was right in the lobby where you have breakfast and dinner when booking on expedia. The noise was excruciating. We were right next to the workers with only a half height wall blocking them. There was nail guns, hammer drills and bench saws which were going constantly. I felt bad for the staff which should have been wearing ear protection being right next to it all day. Not good work safety practices. We could hardly hear the staff talk over the noise and had to yell at eachother. However, the staff were lovely, very nice and professional.The spa needs re tiling as it has mold growing in places. Also needs a paint job as the paint on the roof in our room and in other places was peeling off and cracked. Dissapointed as this was our first holiday in a while and was looking forward to having a relaxing trip.
