Wasn’t too bad but it was sketchy area and away from the other hotels. It did have nice restaurants and shops!

The hotel stay was ok, the valet parking is terrible, they really need to work on that. It took an hour to get my car after I checked out.

The Chelsea tower needs an upgrade. Everything is outdated. Tv kept blowing out. First room heat wasn’t working. Housekeeping never came like they are supposed too but on the day we checked out they came at 9:30 am and check out is at 11.

The room was dirty and outdated. The mirror in the bathroom was damaged. Tv too small a/c did not work good. The window was dirty you couldn’t see the View that good.

Next to my room it was this loud people, yelling, jumping and banging it was insane nights and mornings . Talk to Ivy ask to be move to another room and they said they couldn't switch me first time , second time they said their where going to send security and it never happened.

The West Tower rooms are not properly cleaned. There was dust on all the surfaces and marks and dents in every wall. We were woken up twice by our upstairs neighbor who was literally having a party at 1:40am.

Signage was hard to follow espy from the garage. No signs really in the garage leading to correct floor in hotel so you have to guess and it’s not in a great neighborhood so wish garage was easier to navigate finding the hotel lobby. Only 1 person in lobby and it’s all self service check in and out
