Property was clean & safe with a guard on duty at all times for anyone coming to or leaving the property. It was spring break, though, so there were some extremely loud guests coming in around 4am (which really sucked for our 5am alarm for the airport) but, any other time, I’m sure the property is fabulous.

I keep asking myself, why does every establishment I go to in or around Atlanta smell of weed once you open a door. A bit noisy during quiet time and there was a roach crawling in the bed while I was in it. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

As we are a non smoking hotel not everyone is as courteous as they should be when it comes to following rules. I do hope if you are in the area in the future you will give us another chance to WOW you.

This area was super quiet and easy to access. Parking was efficient and the mall was within a mile and included many eateries as well.

I asked were there any available rooms with two beds in stead of just a queen bed, I was told yes then when I asked can I be switched to it I was told No. I think in the hospitality business courtesy and flexibility is great if you can but I definitely wasn't given either. I mean if it's an available room why not switch it for the customer. Very happy!

Kelvin, I'm sorry you where not satisfied fully with your stay due to the fact they would not give you a room with two beds. I would like to say the reasoning for this is because you booked a Queen at one rate which was lower then came in and asked for a double room which is a higher rate. When it comes to booking through a third party like Expedia you get the room at which you paid for. The only time we would change the room is if we didn't have your room type available, but in this case we did. We can not change or modify any third party reservations so if you wanted a double bed a call from you to Expedia should have been made so they could have modified your booking. Some nights it would get loud with people standing in the hallway talking or children running and playing in their room. There is no one at night to monitor people running up and down the stairs smoking. They make a lot of noise.

Beverly, Thank you so much for the review. My apologies about the noise issue you had while staying with us. It does look like you stayed in the first floor we are an extended stay and try to keep a lot of the family with kids on the first floor. This is probably why so much noise no excuses for the noise but this is why. I would like to say though we always have a night attendant on at the hotel and we have security that is posted outside 5 nights out the week. The information on how to reach or contact the night attendant was on the purple pamphlet given at check in. We would never leave the hotel unattended through the night. Hope to see you back again so we can give a better experience.

Worst stay
The hotel stay was crazy constant yelling and or kid screaming at all hours of the night and day. No amenity’s of any sort breakfast or coffee in the morning. When to wash cloths and didn’t find out till after the fact all the driers didn’t function. The bed I had in my room was a king size but the bed was bowled in the center and very uncomfortable. Couple days the buttoned for the elevators were pushed in all the way and not functioning so I had to take the stairs. I will not be staying at this hotel when I return to Atlanta.

Sebastien, I am so sorry that your stay with us was not up to your standards. Unfortunately we are an extended stay hotel so no you are right we do not serve breakfast or coffee but that is something that you should of looked into before staying if its something you wanted. If you had any noise complaints or room problems as far as you bed is concerned if you would have brought this to our attention we defiantly would have done our best to find a solution so that you where comfortable while staying with us. As far as the laundry room is concerned no one has had any issues with the dryers or if they have no one has come to tell the front desk so that we can fix and address the problem if no one tells us how are we supposed to know and make it right. Also the elevator yes the button was pressed in but we called the technicians as soon as we found out the time it took the tech to come out is out of our control all we can do is keep calling if they haven't come and we did that, but the elevator was still working and fully functional the elevator was not broken, I feel maybe that was your choice to take the stairs.We sincerely regret that your experience was less than perfect. We care deeply about our guest and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible. We hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share a more positive experience.

My room was nasty. Hair inside of the tub, on shower curtain, there was hair in the bed when I pulled the sheets back. Someone’s socks were still in the room, there was trash and dirty tissue underneath the bed. I had small roaches in my room also.

I told you to contact Expedia cause you had a prepaid reservation so that I can further assist you and I never heard anything further about this. After two nights, I was hoping to switch hotels, but they wouldn't give me a refund. The reasons for my change of heart were as follows: 1. The bed sheet coverings from the previous client were left in place. 2. Their beds are of extremely poor quality, with coil springs that make a lot of noise while you sleep on them, and their furniture is far too ancient. 3. There's too much noise, the walls don't stop out sounds well enough, and I miss being isolated. The youngsters were making noise till three or four in the morning, and the talks in the next rooms are loud. I could not get any sleep at all. 4. They do not have a kitchenette because their kitchen is not fully furnished with basic cooking utensils and a coffee maker. 5. The receptionist was quite rude and never responded gently when I complained about the locked thermostat in the air conditioning system. Eventually, I became irritated and spoke with the manager, who came in to investigate the situation. You will believe what I say if you give it one or two nights. Best of luck.

Dear Leith, Sorry to hear that your stay was less then what you expected. As we did speak and I moved you to a room away from the noise, and upgraded your room and made sure the AC was working. You stayed for 2+weeks. The noise I do apologize about we keep the family's with kids on the first floor this is why I moved you to the top floor once I was aware of your issues. The beds we are in the process of updating and changing out. We do have kitchenettes I do not know why you stated we do not and we have all items needed for the kitchen, plates, bowels, cups, utensils to eat with and cook with, also pots and pans in every room. I did my best after knowing your issues to make you comfortable for the rest of your stay. Yours in Hospitality

I booked my reservation online. Upon arrival at the property I met the entrance closed and a lady standing way in the back in another room. I greeted her and before I could get my greeting out she rushed approach me asking if I had a reservation I told her yes and proceeded to give her my name. She walked off behind a closed door telling me to wait and she went to look. Upon returning she told me she doesn’t have a reservation for me nor does she has a key or room for me. I was so pissed off from traveling 24 hours, exhausted with my sick mother and my 4 year old daughter. I had to leave with them in the cold and book another reservation then. I would never go or recommend this hotel.

Hello Shadae, I do apologize that you where faced with these issues upon arrival at the hotel. Our staff checks in all reservations when they come through our system we do this because we do close at 11pm. If we can not check you in prior to 11 pm then you are a then a no show. Some of the issues we run into when trying to check in a reservation is the card on file does not authorize for whatever reason the computer may give, fraud, insufficient funds, need physical card these are just a few reasons why sometimes we can not check in a guest. Per all reservations a valid credit card needs to be placed on reservations to have a guaranteed room.Again I am so very sorry you had to deal with this when you came to the hotel I do hope in the future you will give us another chance.

Not bad, but not stellar.
While advertising Kitchenettes, the woman who checked us in did not inform us that there was a special way to turn the stove tops on, so we went without using ours thinking it was simply dysfunctional. The beds are... not comfortable. At all. Our keys cut out in the middle of the night and we almost weren't able to return to our rooms if it weren't for the overnight laundry woman. It's not the best place but it's not the worst. At least it was clean! And at least Security was kind whenever we ran into them overnight.

This was Bug City!!!! I have never stayed at a property with an active cockroach infestation. I had seen at least 30 bugs in my 2 day stay. It was hard enough to sleep the first night but the second night I saw one scamper across my pillow I was done. We cut our trip short for this left at the crack of dawn. This place is downright dirty !! Even the white towels were off color, the bedsheets had stains, and the tub didn't look like it had been properly scrubbed. But the roach problem took the cake. I should have had the sense to request another room but we were already on the second floor, I fear the rest is probably just as infested. Don't stay here under any circumstances. You are doing yourself a complete disservice. I'd had much rather stay at a clean motel than have stayed here.

Nice, clean and quiet They changed my room so I had a room with window over parking lot so I could keep a eye on my motorcycle and trailer. Very nice man a front desk.

Hotel check-in staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the full-size frig, cooktops and at least basic cookware they provide. I just wish the guests had more respect for each other. Very loud people and it takes away from the enjoyment of the property. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay.

The staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping the facility and room clean. We were dissatisfied about seeing a roach on our wall, during 2nd night of our trip and a roach in the hallway the 3rd night of our trip. We were unable to report this matter to the front desk being that they close at 11pm.

Honestly, I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to hotels. If it is clean, the bed is comfy.. I’m great. While this was clean- the room SMELLED SO BAD. I appreciated the security as they made sure we stayed there before we entered.. but I paid extra compared to my usual price. And of my entire stay of 9 days at different hotels- this was the worst.
