"Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen knives were sharp. Appreciated the binder with contact info for problems (there were none) and info for the tv/thermostat. Location was very convenient for Grand Canyon and groceries were nearby. Small things like finding our favorite coffee in the fridge made it even better."

"We’ve stayed here several times and I’d have to say the staff is not the most friendliest as prior . 1 coffee packet for my entire week stay ? Workers driver around and around watching you and not even to greet you as before . The price is different when arriving and not by a few dollars . The RV had enough space for 7 people to stay and because I put two adults and I arrived with 5 people they charged me an additional $120 bucks . "
