La estadía fue como lo usual muy placentera solo que la habitación que se me dió no cumplía para mi criterio los estándar está ves, los inteructores de luz todos sueltos, las paredes golpeadas, el estante de la nevera en un estado desgastado y dañado y para el colmo en la capital del eje cafetero no contaba con café ni máquina para hacerlo en mi habitación

A good hotel and close to everything. Staff are excellent and very helpful. They can provide transportation to Filadia, Valle the Cocora at a very good rate. They have a roottop with a pool with wonderful sunset view.

Hotel muy limpio, bien ubicado , buen personal. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. No me gusto el spa, muy malo. No me brindaron una toalla para cubrirme, me dieron una servilleta de papel para limpiarme luego de mi masaje, hacia calor, fue horrible. Deben mejorar las opciones de vino, cocteles y comida, es muy limitado.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool and food service upstairs was slow, but good. The spa/massage service not what I booked. Very light vs deep tissue massage. The air conditioner did not reach the temperature shown on the display despite having stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights with it constantly running. The gym had a beautiful view despite some of the weights being missing and the machines were not all in working order. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was the best I tasted in my whole trip to Colombia. Overall an average stay.

Very nice hotel in Armenia
The room and facilities are outstanding. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only "issue" we experienced was the quality of the food at the "The Grill" restaurant at dinner. We would definitely stay at this property again, but would probably dine at somewhere else.

Our room had an odor of sewer smell that came from the bathroom. Also, there was almost a 24 hour period where we had no running water in our room. Luckily, they got the toilet water turned back on but we had to wait a bit longer for the shower and sink running water.

I always stay at Mocawa when I travel to Armenia. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly although there was one gentleman at the front desk late on Friday night that was quite rude. My fiancée and I returned from dinner, drinking and dancing and he seemed upset and asked my fiancée for her ID although she already gave it when I checked in. He said he was going to do us a favor and not charge me for an additional person even though we told him she was not spending the night. I have never had any problem with anyone at Mocawa but he was very rude!!

Staff is terrific! For instance, we arrived late one night and didn’t bother to ask about eating. They asked us if they could make something for us, and in 20 minutes we had awesome, authentic Colombian food in our room!

Every time I visit Armenia, I always try to stay at Mocawa Plaza Hotel. The rooms are always nice and clean, the breakfast is always delicious and the staff is amazing! They are always so nice and accommodating! Nothing but praise for this hotel, amenities and staff! Highly recommend!
