"The terrace junior suite is directly next to the kitchen so whilst trying to unwind you hear the kitchen team shouting.Dog poo not picked up all over the grounds from owners dog.Food first night great second night inedible fish with a plate of olive oil and red cauliflower emulsion.Safari trip a waste of money non English speaking guide who spoke for 30 mins on our Google translate how dragon flies eat mosquitoes then the flamingoes were binoculars abt a mile into the sea.Ants everywhere in room...
"We had a top floor room that had a good view of the roof tops. The room and bed were excellent and the bathroom was roomy and modern. A square with restaurants and shops was 50 yards away.
The only issue during the stay was we had no help carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs."
"Excellent service. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. A real five star hotel. Facilities can use some freshening. We really enjoyed our stay here."
"The hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. The hotel was eco friendly with interesting decor - there were nice touches such as homemade yogurt, juices, granola , soap etc
We would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful time, the whole experience was vey professional. The reception staff were very helpful.
One slight niggle was the shower didnt keep the temperature and the toilet seat didnt fit the toilet. Everywhere spotlessly clean.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back."
"The Hotel Du Musee has a great location in the Arles old town, which is car-restricted, and near restaurants where we wanted to eat. The staff was great, responsive, and amazingly helpful. We would stay there again."
"The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day."
