"A spacious property for all the family with lots of outdoor eating space. The heated swimming pool was a hit with all the family. It was unseasonably warm so we could have done with some fans or air conditioning downstairs. The heat unfortunately meant many of our party suffered from mosquito bites. Didier was a great help and always available to provide support"

"We’ve just spent a lovely week at this house. Had everything we needed for our family of 2 adults and 2 children age 9 and 10. The location is perfect. House and garden are very private not overlooked with beautiful views. Nearest 2 villages with bakeries, shops and restaurants are 5 and 8 minute drives away. La roque-gageac is just 15 minutes drive away where we spent a great day hiring kayaks on the river. There’s lots to do in the area."

"The house is well proportioned, bright, airy and light. The pool is amazing, super clean and a very good size. The pool is set in an amazing garden. So the view from the balcony above is amazing, with the further view over the hills and forests below the property. Great location, easy to reach everywhere by bike (although some quite steep hills to get up to the house!). Close to a lovely bakery and grocery shop. Really easy access to the ocean side (incredible sunsets) and to the lagoon side. The only very slight niggle I have is having to pay extra for towels. We will definitely return...

"We have just returned from a wonderful week in Lacanau. The villa is so well equipped, it really does have everything you need. It is clean and the beds are comfy. The pool is fantastic and the view of the lake wonderful. The villa is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The lake is down quite a long, steep hill from the villa - you may need to drive if you have lots of little children or kit. Cycling is so easy, you have to go down the hill and through to Le Moutchic to access the main cycle...

"La maison est agréable avec ses grandes terrasses , vue sur les pins et la piscine . Elle est mitoyenne des 2 côtés mais cela ne gêne absolument pas . Il n’y a quasiment pas de vis à vis même dans la piscine . Elle est cependant au bord de la route menant au Ferret . La route est bruyante mais le son est couvert par le bruit des cigales .
