"The resort was exactly what I was looking for. Somewhere quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable although the AC wasn't working properly at least the room was at a good temperature perfect for resting. Both the pool and the beach were beautiful, not crowded and clean. There was no loud music playing except by the pool bar which was fine because it was only for a few hours during the afternoon. The night was as peaceful and relaxing as you would want with just the sounds of nature. The only draw back was the lack of management for the restaurants. The first night it took well over an hour and a half to be served our meal. The remaining nights were better. The lack of attention to the tables for serving coffee, water or drinks needs better training. Also the mosquitos and flies can be a bit overwhelming during the dusk hours for outside dinning. Also I do wish they had water for the guest rooms as well. Overall the resort is nice could absolutely use some updating. But all in all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. If you are looking for a quiet, budgeted all inclusive resort then this is the place to go."

"We just returned from staying 5 nights at Keyonna and had the best time. If you are looking for constant entertainment, activities and nightlife- this is not the resort for you. However if you are looking for a gorgeous rustic gem to reset, reconnect and relax- Keyonna is perfect. Everyone is not just nice but takes pride in being hosts. We ate all our meals but one at the resort- both at the restaurant and the grill, everything was great. Wonderful selection all meals and perfect portions. Will be dreaming of Keyonna until next time!"

"The staff at the resort are friendly and provide helpful information about the area. We were there during the off-season and there are plenty of things to do. We were happy to have a room with a kitchen to cook on nights we were not interested in going out. The room is 3 times the size of an average hotel room. The view is amazing and there is always a taxi available to explore the island. The marina has a few restaurants in the area and the supermarket is within walking distance. The massage was a big treat for us. We will definitely return."

"We celebrated our 5-year anniversary at Galley Bay at the end of May/beginning of June. We’d like to celebrate benchmark years and our stay at Galley Bay exceeded our already high expectations. It was the perfect stay to mark the occasion (and it would for any other, really). Taking the taxi from the airport was no fuss, but don’t worry about how Antiguans drive - it’s how they drive here and it works. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a Rum Punch and a beautiful view down the bridge that crosses over the lagoon. The grounds are exquisitely manicured and a bike ride or walk is recommended. Our room was clean, on the sand, and literally opened to the water. Nothing beats waking up with a view of the beautiful bay and rocks on the distance. Facilities were well-kept for a coastal property. Restaurants were comfortable and had beautiful views onto the bay. (Review is brief - Expedia’s word limit.) When it comes to staff, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will say not to expect every staff member to be overly eager to serve you, but they will still get the job done. Watersports guys were great. Tafari treated us extremely well. Ebony from the farm was amazing. Captain Sean’s outings are a must! And Shirley Heights is a great party atmosphere and an amazing view. Ismay’s is exquisite. Food all-around was delicious. Keep in mind that this is the perfect place to relax, not party, though there is live music nightly. Snorkeling in the bay is great."

"We had an amazing mother daughter trip at the Royalton Chic Antigua at the end of May. WOW! What a place. The staff are all incredibly friendly and we were impressed by the caliber of the resort considering that it opened just a few weeks ago. There were plenty of restaurant options and we were happy with the food. The VIBE team, Bartenders and CHIC dancers were so talented and SO MUCH FUN! The foam pool party Saturday afternoon was epic! Everyone from the front desk staff to the bell boys, room attendants and maintenance workers were so kind. A special shout out to ELVIS, our personal trainer and water aerobics instructor, who inspired us to exercise daily and have a heck of a lot of fun while doing so. He is amazing and the gym equipment is top notch. This was one of the highlights of our stay. Keep up the good work everyone! "

All staff provided excellent customer service and went out their way to make sure we were taken care of. We could not compliment the property's general manager enough on how impressed we were with the property and staff. We've been to a number of Caribbean resorts, and this is one of the best."

"The Management and Staff were exceptional. We were greeted with endless smiles and house pets who were most adorable. The team gifted us a bottle for champagne since it was a birthday celebration. The service was impeccable. We asked for late check out because we wanted to take advantage of the 2 beaches and the 24hrs salt water pool more (really we won't ready to leave). Breakfast was 10/10. Drinks 10/10. "
