I proceeded with “Thank you so much-how have you been-busy I bet?” Here’s the topper…her next statement…How was your trip to Waco and how are your children?!?! Even as I type this I am still completely utterly blown away!!! Never have I ever had that type of service!!! OMG!!! She needs a promotion and a raise as soon as possible!!! I work in the retail service industry where customer service is top priority over everything else!! You can not possibly afford to lose a valuable employee like Gabrielle. I hope you will share my thoughts with Embassy Suites and that Gabrielle gets a chance to see this!! "The room has recently been updated which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and cool. The bathroom was mildly dirty with some stains on the tub and some hair that was not mine or my husbands in the shower and on one of the “clean” towels. Overall our stay was good. It was quiet and a nice break from driving through the country for us. "
