We stayed during graduation weekend 2024. They have updated the rooms since our last stay. However, the price was astronomical. $369 for a room for one night and then $150 the next night. The room was so small we could barely open our suitcase. The bed was a hard as rock. However, the staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean.

I for the most part enjoyed our stay at our hotel, however the staff was not very friendly. One staff member rudely said to my Aunt, "You are in my way" while trying to refill the coffee pot. An "excuse me" would have been much nicer and achieved the same result. When I asked for dining recommendations from the front desk this employee acted like I was an idiot and that I was bothering him.

The floors were disgusting in my room. The breakfast area is very small and the space was even more cramped with the staff getting coffee and breakfast. I had to stand in line behind 3 people that worked there in order to get a bagel. This hotel is definitely not worth the money.

The hotel is really nice for the price! The breakfast is very basic though. Just some cereal and different pastries. The checkout time is actually at 12pm instead of 10am/11am which was really convenient and helpful. I’d stay here again

The rooms are a little smaller than some but well equipped and comfortable. I know where I'll be staying if i need to come to Ann Arbor in the future!

Not an appealing area. Rather industrial. Great price. All I needed was a place to sleep so it worked out fine, but I would not choose again. Check-in desk assistant must have been having a bad day. Never a smile or greeting. Breakfast area is smack in the lobby in front of the check-in desk. No music, no TV in breakfast area. Stone cold silence. Just heard one employee swear behind the counter while chatting with another. Offensive to me.

Nice place but thin floors/walls
Staff was absolutely wonderful. It was a bit loud with people upstairs from us, heard a lot of pounding and voices into the late night/early morning. Difficult to fall asleep with the racket.
