This property is in a great location. The hallway carpeting is very strange with the taped sections throughout. Very odd and maybe unsafe as a trip hazard.

I really liked this hotel. Cristian checked us in and was efficient and friendly. The only complaint I have is the carpet on the first floor is taped and rucked up. Just part of the age and a need for a refresh. Other than that, an excellent stay.

I had a wonderful stay during my visit to see my daughters in Ann Arbor. Jose gave me a kind and friendly welcome, which is always appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Hallway carpet was wrinkled and duct taped everywhere. It could be a trip hazard. Our Clorox wipes were very dirty after we wiped everything done. Found long hairs in bed, sink and bath tub.

Its a good low budget hotel. You are a 10 minute lyft ride to downtown. So it is a bit out there. Rooms are stuffy, and it feels not dirty, but not clean. (If that makes sense)

There was nothing wrong with this property. My only criticism would be the pillows provided need to be upgraded. I would suggest bringing your own. The mattresses are very firm if that matters to you.

The staff was courteous and the facility had excellent water pressure. In the public areas the carpet was bubbled as though miss-cut or water damaged. In the room the AC was very noisy and dripped enough condensation water to soak the floor drench a couple of towels we placed down.

It was convenient, and a pleasant place to stay. We were going to the Ann Arbor Art Fair, and appreciated the hot breakfast. And, it was convenient to be able to get to Briarwood mall early in the morning, to catch a shuttle bus into AA for the Art Fair. 😊
