The location is great but the hotel is not in very good shape. It was undergoing maintenance, the sheets were too small for the mattress and were dirty. On arrival we didn't have towels and there was hair in the bathroom. We were told by one employee that coffee was free and another tried to charge us for it

Location is great...however no towels in the room, no toilet paper, stained bed sheet and the roof was run down and dirty. Staff were friendly but couldn’t communicate well in English.

Great place for backpackers
Great location... the bathroom was unique. Lots of restaurants near by and even a liquor store.

Well located but dirty
Very well located and the staff is very kind. However, rooms are very very very old and dirty. The toilet smelled really bad.

L'emplacement est ideal mais c'est le seul point positif. L environnement est bruyant. Le chauffage coulait et la propreté est douteuse.. pour avoir des couvertures supplementaires, il faut payer un supplément.

SIAMO STATI IN QUESTO HOTEL 3 GIORNI. IN 3 GIORNI NON HANNO MAI FATTO LA PULIZIA DELLE CAMERE, NON CI HANNO MAI DATO UN ASCIUGAMANO (PER FORTUNA CE LI ERAVAMO PORTATI DA CASA) OGNI VOLTA CHE CHIEDAVAMO DI AVERNE ALMENO 1 CI DICEVANO "DOMANI MATTINA" MA POI PUNTUALMENTE IL MATTINO SUCCESSIVO L'ASCIUGAMANO NON C'ERA. IN PIU' SIAMO STATI UN GIORNO INTERO SENZA ACQUA POI FINALMENTE SONO VENUTI A RIPARARE IL GUASTO E L'ACQUA E' TORNATA (FORSE E' PER QUESTO CHE NON SERVIVANO GLI ASCIUGAMANI !!!!) E ALLE NOSTRE RICHIESTE ALLA RECEPTION IL RAGAZZO (CHE FRA L'ALTRO PARLA SOLAMENTE LA SUA LINGUA) SBUFFAVA ANNOIATO. Negative: The room was ok, but it didn;t have any towels. When we asked for towels, the receptionist told me that the cleaning person would bring in the morning. This was not very helpful as we stayed only for one night and taking a shower after a long trip is very important. In the morning, the cleaning person came without any towels (even tough we asked twice). Except of it, the room was ok, not very clean though. Positive: The hotel is centrally located.

Best host ever
Hôtel très bien situé, surtout pour aller se balader à la citadelle et au théâtre. Notre hôte Hassan a été aux petits soins avec nous, super accueil et très aidant (il parle très bien français). Quartier un peu bruyant la nuit mais je recommande vivement cette hôtel pour un arrêt à Amman

Globalement bien
Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Amman à pied, pas de parking gratuit mais un payant à proximité 3 JOD par jour, négocié par l’hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et globalement propres, mais un bémol sur la salle de bain qui mériterait un grand coup de frais et de propre. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont extrêmement bruyantes, à cause du trafic et le concert de klaxon, prévoir boules Quies si vous êtes sensible au bruit. Il y a une super terrasse pour prendre le petit dej qui malheureusement n’est pas entretenue mais reste agréable au petit matin. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Eau fraîche à disposition, un luxe par cette chaleur. Tout le monde est sympa et aidant. Hassan (qui parle français) est d’une grande aide.
