The staff were all welcoming and amazing... Easy check in and check out, breakfast was included,great variety of food. Easy access to all types of transportations,very quiet area and the room had an amazing view on the city. The room was very clean when checked in. Great experience over all. I will use this property on my future visits to Jordan.

The staff was very polite and helpful, all the hotel is in a great condition, is close to a highway so all the night you heard the sound, no very to loud, but if you want a quiet night, not the place. If you bring noise reduction ear plugs everything will be fine.

The hotel is very well kept - clean and the neighborhood is safe and easy to access Abdali Mall. The rooms are spacious with a separate living room and a kitchenette for making coffee and refrigerator The breakfast every morning is a buffet and is a great spread You can even opt for breakfast in your room which is a great option to have. The lady in the breakfast is extremely helpful and introduces all the food and also was helpful in sharing how to prep the food All in all a great hotel and very affordable too. Love it

Amazing hotel in good location walkable to mall and mosque. Staff were excellent, room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (and staff who does breakfast) is great with quite a few options. Near main road but quiet. Would love to stay again as value is fantastic.

Great budget hotel
Good budget hotel in the middle of Amman, convenient for all of the local sites, we used Uber to get around as it was tricky to walk anywhere as it is surrounded by main roads. This was not an issue as there was no road noise and Ubers are really cheap. Breakfast was good with a selection of meat, cheese, breads and yogurts etc. Room was spacious and clean , shower temperature control was not thermostatuc, so was tricky to get it warm. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel.

Lovely stay
Pleased with our stay. No complaints. Room was lovely, spacious, clean with an excellent view of the city. Staff were extremely attentive, professional and polite. Location is good, 15 minute walk to boulevard although involves crossing some roads.

Celino hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Always available to answer question and to guide you. Hotel is very centrally located. Easy access to anywhere around the city. It has a lovely patio outside to have breakfast or a cup of tea. They also have a tea station available for guests throughout the day. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety.

I selected Celino Hotel primarily due to its good location within walking distance after alighting from the Sariyah Express Airport Shuttle Bus at 4th Circle. There was roadwork at 4th Circle on the day of my arrival, and the airport bus dropped me at Queen Noor Street outside Jordan Hospital, which was even nearer to Celino Hotel (it took me a 10 minute slow walk). Since I arrived at 6:10am, which was much earlier than the official check-in time of 3pm, I was expecting to just deposit my large luggage and wait for my room to be ready some hours later, but was pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered me a temporary room for early check-in, inclusive of a complimentary buffet breakfast. This is an excellent level of customer service that I have never encountered elsewhere. I would like to specially commend the good services provided by Abdel Aziz, who also helped me to arrange a driver for a day visit to Dead Sea at a very reasonable rate. The hotel buffet breakfast spread is delightful, especially the watermelon and honeydew which were always juicy and sweet. Although Abdali Mall is pretty nearby on the map, walking there from Celino Hotel can be a challenge due to heavy traffic along Sulayman Al-Nabulsi Street, and the absence of clearly defined pedestrian crossings. It does take a while for someone new to get used to the way of crossing such busy streets in Amman.

Excellent.
I have stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels over the years, Celino hotel was amazing. The hotel treated me like family and not as a guest. The hotel was in a quiet residential area, very clean and fairly new with modern amenities and in close proximity to all restaurants, malls and shopping. The breakfast menu was changed from boring and bland to wholesome and delicious with tons of options on my last day, which was going to be permanent. Amazing.... Rami the manager was great. I stayed a total of 10 days, will come again. Uber rides from the hotel was no more than 2 or 3 dollars in all directions one way. Will definitely come again. 5 stars.

Celino Hotel is in a decent part of Amman, and we could easily walk to the Boulevard Mall to find several food options. The walk is close, but you do have to cross some big roads with no crosswalks, but that is normal in middle eastern cities. Rooms were clean. We were supposed to get a second twin bed, but it was just the couch and wasn't comfortable.

The price was fair. Approximately $70 USD for a 1 night stay. The bed was very firm for my liking. The water in the shower was mildly warm at best and the wifi did not work. At checkout, the employee was asleep at the desk with his alarm loudly going off repeatedly. No frills hotel. Decent for a 1 night stay if you’re not expecting luxury.

There’s black mold in the shower. I went to take a nap and there were long black hairs all over the white comforter & a cigarette burn hole.. my husband asked for them to change it on our way out & when we got back the same sheet was there even though they said they were changing it.

comfortable beds, good view. Breakfast was simple but adequate and the service was great! Only issue with the place was getting ubers from the hotel as google maps takes the uber drivers the wrong way. The is not an issue with the hotel but with uber/google maps. If you go to reception guest they will kindly tell the uber drivers the correct way to go.
