"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

Views are spectacular particularly from room top bar and restaurant. We dined at both restaurants as well as the bar, all high end service and menus including extensive wine lists. "Luigi and Francesco are excellent hosts. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t ask them for. They were very attentive and helpful. They provided a car service from the airport to hotel. Our rooms weren’t ready because we arrived very early, they gave us breakfast and suggestions to walk around Positano. When our rooms were ready our bags were in our rooms. The views were stunning! This hotel provided 5 star service! "
