Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. "Hotel was hard to find at first and it kind of resembles a motel on the outside BUT they remodeled it beautifully. Staff was AMAZING! Literally so nice, so attentive. Customer service was a 10/10. But I have three complaints. First, I would put the ac on 60 but it never went past 68 and seemed like it didn’t work at night; it would get extremely hot during the night and I have to be cold to sleep. "The staff was the best things here other then that the cleanliness was below average and the noise was the worst I constantly heard the person up stairs with every move they made and it was hard to sleep or get peace! Overall I would say it’s a two or one out of 5 but the staff and service boast it’s up a start or two "

"Casita and yard was in disrepair. Ceiling electrical, beams exposed throughout entire casita. Bathroom has holes where bars missing. No towel rack, missing handle on vanity. No toilet paper, and other supplies. Bed linens poor quality no blankets, bed had 2sheets, thin cover. Casita furniture poor quality. Broken metal patio set laying around front of casita entrance. Our car had to be parked on the street, with a very long walk from car to casita on grass , from street curb, to long gravel...
