"The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The food and the service was mixed. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are friendly but one person in particular didn’t seem to give the same high level of service as others, and would automatically assume that we leave a tip (which is listed as optional). In fact the dining experience on 2 occasions was really really slow (as in waiting 45minutes for a dish of spaghetti bolognese, bread and goats cheese and a tomato salad, when there was...
