Some great positives. But at check in the young man was very unprofessional. Answers to my questions where “yep” very hurried although no one else was there The only other negative was the waitress at the cafe. Ran out of water, ran out of drinks. Very curt and seemed to not really like what she was doing. Other than those two negatives all was very good Dealers were very friendly

Beautiful property. Hotel is very nice with spacious rooms. Very clean. Hotel and casino are very close and accessible to each other and the variety of machines is amazing. Pool is large and plenty of seating around the pool. It would be nice if the pool was heated though because my kids couldn’t swim very long with it being on the colder side. Fountains are part of the landscaping around the pool and golf course area. We watched fish swim around. I am truly impressed with this hotel and its beauty. Golf course attracted so many people each day. I can’t wait to attend a concert at their concert venue as it also looked amazing. Employees were helpful and very courteous in each area. My only suggestion to an added bonus would be adding more kid friendly attractions for families that visit (arcade, bowling, waterpark, etc).

The property was very clean and we had a spacious room. I appreciated that the room was serviced daily, which doesn't always happen with other hotels. The staff in the restaurants/bars were very friendly and provided great service. One thing to note is that the restaurants close early, along with alcohol service. We arrived late mid-week and by 8:15 we barely got into the restaurant to get food and were told that they shut down the bar.

We stayed here because we were in town for the Duran Duran concert at the amphitheater. It’s a great place to stay. The only issues we had with the place is that they stop room service at 830 in the evening. Also most restaurants close early as well. Other than that, the resort and staff were wonderful.

Although I love the room and the space. I even enjoyed the staff in the gift shop. The staff in the sports bar, ballet were not ideal. They seem bothered and borderline rude. We had children with us in a pretty big group that was enjoying themselves and they made us feel like we did not belong or that we were inconvenience. I spent a lot of money with the resort this weekend was disappointed

FLAWLESS. The grounds are beautiful, the people are lovely, and our room was absolutely impeccable! My husband and I come to Albuquerque often, and this was our first time at Sandia - what a find. The staff have been perfect: attentive and kind, and have gone out of their way to make us feel special. I like a clean hotel room, but our room in Sandia goes beyond just clean, it's sparkling. And those views of the Sandia Mountains - wow. Just ... wow. To everything. This is my new favorite hotel in the area. A !

The Property is very well maintained and by far the best casino in Albuquerque. I had a wonderful time, even hit a jackpot! The sports bar has spectacular views as does the rooftop restaurant. Highly recommended it.

A true oasis in the desert! My daughter and I were in Albuquerque visiting my dad and had a wonderful girl’s day/night out at the Sandia Resort. We also went to the Green Reed Spa and enjoyed hours of pampering and relaxation. The hotel is in the same building as the casino, but separated enough that we never felt like we were in a casino. Security is great—a security guard checks your key before allowing access to the hotel elevators. We felt safe. Our room was spacious ands beautiful with gorgeous Mountain View. The hotel staff was friendly and entirely competent. I highly recommend!

Traveling from Kansas City to Fresno and stopped for the night. The room was beautiful, beautiful view and so comfortable!! Love, love loved it! Felt completely safe especially knowing this is located on tribal grounds. The staff were fantastic!!! Thank you so much, Sandia Resort!! Will definitely book again!!
