Shady people hang out here, I had two people talking about beating somebody down behind me. Horrible atmosphere. Our 1st room was overlooking the roof, cigarette burns in the window seal, crushed lamp shade, the room smelled, the carpet was gross. The 2nd room was much better. Cleaned and a small sitting area outside.

This is a casino, the rooms are quiet, relaxing and very nice. Staff at hotel, restaurant and casino very friendly and helpful.

No microwave in any room coffee maker slow fridge way to small had to trash our left overs from dinner because would not fit in Fridge and no way to heat up water was out for 7 hrs and couldn't flush toilet or was had to get on plane dirty and unshaven all the effort went into casino and intertainment not lodging will not use this place for lodging again and a lage percent of the slots are penny machines.

This hotels rooms need a face lift. The furniture in the rooms are super old. The room is dingy and dated. There was a pubic hair in the bathtub. However, The pool and facilities were clean and fun.

Nice property but too much construction going on and no signs to find the hotel entrance.. the other issue was no restaurant available today so we had to go outside the property to eat.. otherwise all good

I had taken my grandson and his 2 friends so they could swim and from the moment we arrived the staff was amazing! Thank you Sergio! They have an awesome food court and we will definitely be going back!

This is definitely not a 4-star property! It is outdated and the rooms have thin walls so you can hear everything from the next room over. The first morning I was woken up by cleaning staff who were talking in the corridors. The two other nights I was awake until 4am as people next door kept chatting. The rooms are old and need refurbishment if they want to keep charging top dollars. There is only one decent restaurant but bar staff there was unfriendly when we notified himthat he did not attend to us for 15min. Housekeeping is slow and each day my room was only attended to after 4pm even if the housekeeping sign was on since 9am!
