"My check in was extremely smooth: The attendant was great and she made me feel welcome. It was shadowed as I went down stairs to search for the fitness center. A gentleman, who I believe is also front desk, was attending the beverage center across front desk was rude. I said excuse me.. I was under the impression that he didn’t hear me. "Was a little hesitant about staying in ABQ, as I’m not sure where is safe. Highly satisfied with SureStay, bed was super comfy, felt safe in my room and felt my car was safe in the area. Staff was very friendly. Will make this our usual place to stay in ABQ! Only complaint was I wish pool/hot tub stayed open later (closes at 9p), as we got there and to our room around 7:30-8p and we didn’t get much time in it."
