A very beautiful and well kept hotel near Old Town Albuquerque! I especially liked the friendly, helpful staff who helped me arrange transportation to sites such as Petroglyph national monument. My room was very clean and tidy - and the housekeeping staff was always available if you needed any supplies. There is also a convenient store located in the hotel. Outdoor sitting area is absolutely lovely. And a very close walk to Old Town sites and attractions! My only issue was the restaurant in the hotel - Gardunos - which turned me away for dinner when I was exhausted as they said 'reservations only.' Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay especially for a first timer visit to the area! Highly recommended A

It’s a perfect place for a vacation- love the ambiance, the restaurant, live music and everything. Walking distance from the old town plaza is a huge plus.

The property was very nice, but the air conditioner in the room was as loud as a jet engine. Had to turn it off and sweat just to get some sleep.

Check-in was not easy, the room didn’t come with four towels for the four guest and then they charged me for that extra towel. You could hear the toilet in the next room during the night and the ac was noisy. There was also a person sleeping in the hall outside the room! Not worth it!

The interior and grounds were so beautiful. Enjoyed sitting under the flower canopies. The staff were great! The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was good. Right off the highway and east walking to restaurants and shopping in Old Town.

The hotel is in a great location and the outdoor spaces are lovely! I enjoyed my pool time, although because it is off-season the towels weren't fully stocked. I went to the front desk to pick up some. It's a nice hotel and because I was staying on a Sunday night it was a little cheaper ($160ish) but I don't think I would pay the full price.

We could hear every word in the adjacent room. The guest there had the TV on until late at night? Then the cuckoo clock alarm went off at 6am. Continued for long periods of time, snooze, and again. Not a place for a quiet restful night. The shower diverter was broken so low shower pressure with tub running at the same time. Clean hotel with friendly service, but needs some upkeep and insulation.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby and grounds to stroll through. It was also adjacent to the Hotel Chaco with a magnificent rooftop bar and restaurant…excellent view of the city and of course a wonderful sunset! The rooms had ample room but the bathroom sink was a tad too small. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and I am sad to say, it was not very good. The oatmeal was so so watery and the burrito lacked flavor. Everything outside the burrito should have been put inside!! The potatoes were cold, as if cooked from frozen. Service was adequate but nothing to rave about…I had to ask several times for coffee refills.
