Decent property but starting to show its age, friendly and polite staff, cleanliness was acceptable, during dinner the meat dishes were good, desserts were below average at best.

It was absolutely brilliant I want to say a big thank you especially to zubeyde, emane & Zehra lovelely all ways with a smile girls are really polite, helpfull & very friendly I will definitely miss them 3 & thanks to all the other girls aswell I will definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends for the great Muslim environment.

Staff and food excellent this is a first class hotel. However some pools need to be mixed bathing or at least one. The entertainment also needs to be appealing to all travellers.

The staff were very friendly. I went with my kids aged 5,9,12 and 13. The facilities were perfect , apart from swimming there was football and table tennis . Everyone in the hotel were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for those with families

It was a perfect resort for me and my family, no alcohol, segregated spa/swimming facilities for ladies, great service and staff always helpful and respectful. Local amenities not far, and excursions available which can be booked via hotel. Thanks Bera!

Lacks personal touch
One night booking prior to 3 night booking. Realised I'd forgotten to add the child to this booking. Sent hotel email after email to sort the issue out and merge the two bookings together. Also mentioned that we're celebrating an occasion during this visit. No response to anything. Instead got a bill upon arrival for the child. Advised Hotels.com via text chat in order to see if they could support. They're customer service was below standard as per usual too.

Great concept. Hotel management could do more.
First time for us booking a halal friendly hotel. Good principles, some niggles but overall a good experience. Pros: Segregation generally, good quality food, great indoor spa/jacuzzi/steam bath/sauna facilities, beautiful beach, lots to do generally. Nice food in pool bar. Nice Pets Corner. Fabulous slides. Caring lifeguards. Cons: Music too loud - deafening - during evening. So many reviewers have mentioned this but hotel has done nothing to solve. Evening activity session too late at night. All in Turkish so no good for many of the foreigners. No kids club for over 6 Yr olds. Same food daily in all inclusive menu. Food isn't available around the clock. Outdoor pool temperature too cold - the sea is warmer! Women's pools on rooftop appeared to be closed throughout our stay. Naked women from hotel next door use bera beach where there are modestly covered families, because they have a rocky beach of their own. Property is ageing.

Very nice resort.
This is a nice resort with a lot of pools with mixed and seperate facilities for families, men, and women, and very clean. I would gladly come again. The range of food on offer is at first overwhelming but eventually a foodies dream. The turkish/mediterranean deserts are the best compared to the cakes and bakes on offer. The staff don't speak much English though and we were lucky to have found Wasiq who showed us around the resort to whom I spoke to mostly in Urdu and some English who then put us at ease. Just remember that even though the advert says All-inclusive, games such as bowling, arcades, and other gaming provisions for children are extra. They even have a little animal farm wher you can see some animals for animal lovers. 👍

Super Hotel, die Essensauswahl war groß und es war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist vom Antalya Flughafen etwas weiter weg, ca. 1 1/2 stunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber im etwas älteren Stil eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich für Frauen ist sauber und schön auf dem Dach. Der Strand ist auch im Hotel direkt drinne und die Nightshows am Abend waren auch cool. Allem in allem super Preis Leistungsverhältniss

Mir hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt und die Auswahl war riesig. Es wurde sehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet und das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel bietet sich zum entspannen super an, da nach 23 Uhr meistens nichts mehr los ist. Ich hätte mir da nur mehr was für jüngere Leute gewünscht, die nicht direkt früher schlafen gehen wollen. Aber sonst kann ich es jeden weiterempfehlen 👍

en god oplevelse som sluttede dårlig
Dejlig modtagelse og dejlig ophold som desværre blev ødelagt i sidste øjeblik af hotels leder. vi skulle check ud kl 11:00, men kl 09:00 blev vi forstyrret af rengøringsdamen som spurgte pænt om vi er klar til at forlade værelserne. jeg forsøgte at informere hende at vi har værelserne til kl 11:00 men hun blev stående og ventede udenfor og bankede på efter 10 minutter. jeg gik ned til ledelsen og klagede. blev mødt af en meget respektløs leder som talte på en nedladende attitude og sagde at det var normal at rengøringsdammen spørge om i er klar til at gå kl 09:00. Det kaldte han for "service". Efter en ubehagelig samtale valgte jeg at gå og fortalte ham at det bliver sidste gang jeg sætter min fødder på Bera Hotel. Til det sagde han very good. igen respektløs person. Den tidligere leder under tidligere ophold kom selv til gæsterne og spurgte om alt var ok. Denne gang er det et andet menneske som jeg ikke ønsker at se igen. så jeg vælger et andet hotel næste gang.

Detta är ett okej boende men inte alls 5 stjärnor, mer 3.5/4 stjärnor. Rummen är väldigt slitna, högljudda AC kompressor på balkongen (4 stycken), högt ljud till sen natt runt om Hotellet. Även servicen är olika beroende på hur mycket folk är incheckade, när hotellet var fullt, var servicen mycket bättre standard. Finns flera andra alternativa Hotell som är 5 stjärniga och är mer prisvärd.
