"This was an ordinary motel, but the customer service put it at the top of the charts! At first it seemed like many other roadside motels I've stayed at... But from the moment we pulled in the parking lot, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. The place is also set up so you have ample opportunity to meet other travelers, with a table and chairs in front of each room . With a referral from the front desk, I also found safe rides of Trinidad with whom I booked a ride to the train station in the morning. Id actually give this roadside motel 5 stars! "

"Cabin was as described. The owner was very helpful and gave advice for fishing and activities in the area. The land where the cabin is located is fairly remote and has beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks. Enjoyed being away from the city and would love to visit again."
