The reception didn’t allowed me to check in when I arrived she said my reservation wasn’t valide so I had to go to a different hotel because she didn’t even offer me a room there, When I arrived at the other hotel and checked in I called Expedia and the receptionist said I never showed up. That my reservation was ready. Expedia never gave me a refund and the hotel never tried to make things okay so I ended up paying for 2 hotels for 3 nights my experience was terrible with the hotel

We were pleasantly surprised on how clean and spacious our room was at this hotel. I didn’t really have high expectations but loved everything about this hotel. I will definitely return to stay here again.

Good but not great
After spending many trips at this hotel, I have observed a reduction in the quality and attentiveness. The hotel is in a great location for travelers. However the trucks park on the side of the road all but blocking the entrance. The overall condition of the hotel was good but not as pristeen as with previous visits. The parking was difficult with a lack of space in the front of the hotel. It seems that he occupancy of this hotel is a bit low for the size which keeps the noise down.

The check-in member was polite and helpful. The small restaurant was convenient, but the service was awful. The server got our order wrong after several repetitions of what we wanted. We had to ask for our drinks twice once our food was served because he never came back until bringing us food and it was partially wrong food. It took so long to get I ate the food anyway and just picked the meat off the pizza...which I don't eat.
