The daytime receptionist was outstanding: welcoming and noting our departure time said she would organise a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast. "Incredible boutique hotel. What a gem of hotel. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The daytime receptionist was outstanding: welcoming and noting our departure time said she would organise a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast. The night receptionist was very attentive and printed our return boarding tickets within 2 minutes. It was an absolute delight staying here . The hotel was immaculate , the pool was well maintained and clean. The huge room was spotless, very comfortable beds and freshly docorated. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented. The large double sunbeds and plush seating area were cleaned every day. They obviously have great employees with a focus on customer service . Having previously been at the bigger all inclusives in Agadir I would defintely return to this boutique hotel with personalised service. Highly recommend for a tranquil and bespoke experience. "
