I am very much disappointed about Ramada Hotel. I had a problem with the online booking and the date of reservation was changed without my knowledge. Wen I want to check in in the Hotel they told me that they are fully booked and no room was avayable. On top they told me that I will loose the whole prepaid amount. This can not be the case and I ask Ramada to be correct and return me amount my be with a little reduction, since I could not use the room. Rolf Gautschi
