"We were in the area for tournaments at Lakepoint Sports Complex. We only play one game a day, so we were looking for somewhere we could relax during our down time. The Shady 180 was perfect! We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities that are available in the neighborhood. We just enjoyed relaxing at the house. The hot tub was perfect for our son who was pitching. "I chose this property based on the photos and 10/10 reviews. However, our experience was less than 10/10. The property is currently several years past the photos shown with overgrown rose bushes blocking the path to the dog run, ankle tall weeds covering the gravel driveway and fire pit area. There are 2 grills shown, however, only 1 grill on site, and it was falling apart . All of the porches were unusable as the furniture was covered with a thick layer of dust and pollen. We were told wifi was not strong enough to stream, but we could not even access websites at times. The only part I wish we had known in advance was the garbage situation. "The pictures don't do this home justice! The views and wildlife are amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and saw deer right off the deck every time we looked. The hot tub was perfect for the colder evenings we experienced during our stay. We spent some time working remotely and had no issues with the Wifi. The kitchen was very well stocked and in good working order. We look forward to returning!"

"We loved our stay at lake arrowhead. The place was beautiful, clean, and it had everything we needed. Our oldest son was in a baseball tournament in Cartersville, and staying at this place was great for our family. It wasn’t too far from the fields, and it was so much better than staying at a hotel. We loved the nice view of the lake, we went hiking a few times in parks nearby, and we enjoyed the comfort of the house. Thank you!"

"We celebrated my son's high school graduation with family. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I loved the little touches all throughout the cabin. The master shower is worth the trip alone. You do need a truck to get up the road but we managed. The owner stayed in touch with us during our stay checking on us about storms and power outages. I have already planned another stay with girlfriends and can't wait to book soon."
