The information about the space is inaccurate. Definitely more than 32 sq ft.- possibly wrong units. The Picture and the descriptors used: Deluxe, Studio and Suite are an overestimation. It is simply a studio. Telling it as it is reduces the shock you get when you are shown your room. My balcony was unusable as it has been converted to store broken furniture. Just discard the spoilt chair and keep the mops et al elsewhere

BEWARE. FRAUD SCAM ALERT WITH COMPANY. I would avoid this company. These listings are fake. Basically they listed a property that is not available to lure you in with the pictures. After you pay Expedia they call you and tell you the place they have is not available and then they take you to a completely different property which is cheaper and pocket the difference. If you confront, they switch off their phone line and then they refuse the refund because Expedia has this ridiculous policy that they need permission from the person robbing you to refund your money. Go figure. I hardly write reviews but I took the time to write this to save people. This prices listed here are far lower than the actual going rate at the facility. So it is a gimmick to lure you in. Call the facility directly and get your room from the actual front desk. It may cost a little more but you will be safe

Poor customer service, they don't get with you. This is various agents owing this property so you need to be prepared to wait for a while and they don't communicate with you. Customer service is very very poor and bad.

The entire staff, front desk, Vida, security guard Salume. They were outstanding and courteous. The pharmacy staff, the small deli, everyone was very warm. I had sprained my rigjt ankle before arriving to Ghana. They ensured that I was ok. The night crew called an uber for me to go to the airport this morning.

I didn’t like that fact that I got there and didn’t have a reservation there. I had to be directed to another apartment and kept calling the agent. It’s took me two hours to get into a room that I’ve booked and paid almost two weeks before my travel. It’s an extremely disappointing experience

The property was nice; however, I was charged $15 extra for arriving 1 1/2 hours early, and, according to the agent I was given an updated accommodation that I did not ask for. I did not appreciate the extra charge. I felt taken advantage of because, although I would have been charged for backing out of the booking at this point, the owner could charge extra without any repercussions. Also, being unfamiliar with the area and needing public transportation it would have been difficult to find another place. Lesson learned! Not booking with Signature Haven again. I’ll book a hotel. They are more accommodating!

Anyone visiting Ghana, this is the first place of choice. If you go anywhere else, you are missing out. The mall is across the street with everything, transportation access to get around the entire Ghana is a stone throw away, meaning walking distance. The place is immaculate. The people are very nice and whenever it comes to customer service, Ghanaian or I should say that Africans should teach us Americans customer service because our people don't know it well as good as what I've experienced throughout my travel in many parts of Africa. This place is the best.

I enjoyed my stay
Communication especially was 100% every other thing too was great… very clean rooms and nice apartment. I think the only issue is that sound from the rooms go out easily. But that’s not a big deal I guess.

Nice New Property but needs a better checkin process. Expedia needs to do a better job off vetting the listings they have. The Room I booked wasn’t available and thats starting to be the norm when booking on Expedia. The Hotels are blaming expedia for not updating the listings. Either way the customer is impacted by the both.
