The property had good security my contract person Eric was very helpful and reachable. The limit number of towels, no dish clothes, hand soap or hand towels for the bathroom. Unit could use a little more kitchen utensils

This was my second stay here and there’s no comparison to my first stay. Emmanuel was very helpful and accommodating. He exceeded my expectations. He showed great concern to the horrible stay I had initially and rectified the situation. My apartment this time around was clean, spacious with living room and balcony, and it felt like home away from home. My favorite amenity of facility was the pool, staff will clean it every morning and cafe within the complex with good food and tasty smoothie options. I will definitely stay here again, only thing I would change is the bed it’s a little too hard for me but overall great stay.

Place was killer but I arrived 7p & left 7 hours later. I plan to stay again if I get back there & recommend it highly - just try to not be rushed so you can enjoy the place

Apparently the Embassy Gardens we booked was changed to ‘Pearl in the City’ and according to the host they had a problem with their facility at Embassy Gardens. The new apartments has Dstv alright but restricted to watching a few channels. As football fans we asked about why they don’t have the full bouquet to watch the EPL and other leagues? We were told we have to pay for the upgrade. They took 200gh from me. After paying for the room I paid for the DSTV and the interesting thing is that it’s for a month though I stayed for 4days… Not sure I’m ever staying with this host again.

We appreciate your feedback, hosting you at the other apartment was an upgrade, in as much as we know that was not what you booked, we came in with a better alternative to make up for the emergency we had in the apartment booked. Your dstv channel request was outside the free package provided hence your payment for an upgrade which was communicated to you prior to your checkin.

Disappointing. While the apartment was nice, it turned out to be a private type rental in a very busy very noisy residential block.

The property was very comfortable and accommodating for myself and my friend. Easy to communicate with the agent upon arrival, lovely facility and beautiful pool space. The restaurant on site often delays with breakfast delivery, but overall the food was tastey.

Very good communication with the host, I recommend to arrange the airport shuttle, for a quick transfer to location. Both Chester (shuttle driver) and Hariett (hostess) were helpful and opened in solving my requirements. Nice & clean apartment, as presented in pictures. Safe location, with gate access and several good resataurants nearby.

Accra Luxury Apartments is named Embassy Gardens on Google Maps. It is located in a very central location in Accra where it is easy to get a taxi or uber from. The local attractions and all of the best restaurants are within a 10 -15 minute drive from the hotel. I would highly recommend the 3-bedroom apartment for your travels. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only issue is the showers in Ghana often leak because they aren't sealed properly so many times there was water tracking throughout the unit. I would suggest bringing a towel as hotels aren't very open to providing extra towels as they are in the USA. Lastly, I would note that the property manager is not as attentive as you would expect for a hotel of this caliber. Many times it felt as if we were bothering him, he would not always provide the items we asked for until the next day and we did not receive any membership benefits during our stay.

The community with the host was amazing. He was very helpful and kind. Initally we stayed in room A003 which was a very nice unit. I decided to extend our stay and we were moved to room C221. C221 was a complete downgrade. The furniture was worn, stained and faded. The bedside tables were cheap and the wood was peeling. The beds felt like concrete as they were very hard. The kitchen table and living room table had stains. The price was not worth the stay. The good part about the hotel is the host. He was very pleasant and stored our bags.

I booked at this property but then when i reached there, they suddenly informed me that my reservation has been moved to other property due to “unforeseen situation” i asked what happened but they kept hiding the reason, I wasn’t told anything, i knew they sold my room to other people, and i was told by some other hosts that this is what they do to other customers, when they get paid more from what you paid. You’ll just be surprised that you’ll be staying to another different property which is not even equal to the property. And i tried to deny the transfer but i was told if i dont want that i should cancel the resevation. In general This was an horrible experience ever

This was the best stay I had in Accra. I will definitely be back pool and garden area is immaculate and restaurant is delicious. Room was clean and also had washer dryer for quick cleaning. Bathroom had a good design clean and relaxing.

An hour before check in, I received email due to maintenance issue, I will be staying at a sister property - Pine Court for the first night and moved back to The Garden the next day. I got to Pine Court in check in and nobody had a clue about this arrangement. And when I say nobody, I mean the security guy. I waited for a good 20-30mins without AC for someone to show up and apologized. Finally checked in and requested if I could stay there for my entire stay instead of moving again to which she agreed. Boy, what a mistake. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. Came to “fix” it. It worked for about 30mins and stopped working. I sent a message again. Didn’t get a response until the next day. I decided to check out and spend the final night elsewhere.

The property was clean. The big pool was nice. We were looking for more "luxury" as the name implied, but it was just an average apartment. The body towels were extremely hard and worn out. The rug in the bathroom near the shower got really wet from water coming out shower seams. Paid for daily breakfast in advance, but menu seemed limited. A few of the days they were out of items we wanted so it made ordering difficult since breakfast was paid for in advance. There was a dollar limit per person and the difference paid if a person went over. Wasn't a fan of the washer/dryer combo. Took clothes longer to dry and they still seemed damp.
