“It was a good stay. My room rate was quite expensive for the value I received. For over $300 I expected more but overall it was acceptable. The checking in and check out process was quite slow. Others kept jumping the queue and the staff entertained it. That was quite annoying. ”

“First of all, they claimed they couldn’t find my booking until 9pm. Then they said cos Hotels.com has taken it own commission, they can’t give me a deluxe room even though that is what I paid for. They gave me a standard room with weird bathroom. Then they refused to give me WiFi, or Breakfast. ”

“What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list”

“This hotel is a scam. The place is old, dirty and cockroach infested. Very mouldy and smells horrible. The lift partially and could only take 4 adults at once. It is like a building waiting to be demolished. The management was not transparent on the actual state of the hotel. My advice, this hotel should be shot down for extensive renovation otherwise lives are being put at risk. If I had other options or refund option I would have cancelled. I am now back in Canada and hoping that I don’t……
