"Beautiful hotel adjacent to the Winspear Opera House. Fantastic staff and quality restaurant on site. Parking is valet only and $45/day but it’s quick, efficient and reasonable for the duration of any stay. The rooftop pool is a nice area to relax. Highly recommended!"

"Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. "Hate when hotels charge a resort fee (this is a city hotel not a resort) and then give it back to you saying you got a special credit for the restaurant. "
