"We were in Colorado Springs for my girlfriend’s clinical hours. Very nice unit but the neighbors were so loud! We contacted the property managers to ask the upstairs neighbors to keep it down after 10pm so she can get a decent nights sleep. They were somewhat cooperative but still noisy. We could hear every step, cough and phone text buzz. The walls must’ve been very thin. The cleaning lady that came to clean the other units was very loud during the day and then the renters were very loud during...

"The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house is an older home and some renovations have been done but the home needs some structural things fixed or replaced (bottom floor bathroom door will not close properly). The list of amenities is not correct. There is not a dishwasher. Since this is a new listing I would have expected newer pots and pans. Unfortunately I would not choose this property again. "
