It took 30 mins to exit car park with hotel issued tickets which fail to raise exit barrier. Separately, wifi not accessible . Not acceptable in today’s age. Hotel layout weird and signage to some rooms disappears long before you’re close to room. I would not return to this hotel."

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. Old style Novotel with visibly dirty wallpapered walls and our family room was so small you couldn’t walk around it without stepping on the beds. Cheap yes, but just too poor nowadays. "Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."
