There are steps and a passageway right thru the property leading up to The High Street, which has numerous restaurants, pubs, churches, and at the top, Edinburgh Castle - all walking distance. Staff were wonderful, stored our luggage until check in, offered directions and dining suggestions. Would stay here again."
