"It was really fast check in. Apartment was just perfect to stay for me and kids. Really close to everything shopping, nice restaurants around. You can use swimming pool also. When I was tired and didn’t want to go anywhere it was perfect relax place for me and kids"

The key pick up process is complicated with you having to go to another building to collect keys and the key box shares keys with other rental properties which makes it very confusing. "Relatively small room. Smaller then expected but not an issue as I am out most of the time. Only that the AC issue and room not cold even blasting full fan mode @ 16 deg cel. "

"Staying in Binjai 8 is ideal for groups, considering its proximity to the mall, grocery, and some of the attractions in KL. It can house a big group and is a great option for families. Our tour guides/drivers easily spotted the area\, very convenient for Their rooms are clean. They have basic appliances good to be used for a short stay. Maybe the just needs better maintenance but overall, we're glad to have stayed in this place."

"Nice stay overall. Need for improvement in the pool as there are very few places to sit in comfort. The elevators are horrible especially near checkout time. The elevator passed our floor several times and stopped for people going up. We were advised to join the up elevator as it would be faster. The unit was nice but we were on the highway side which was traffic noisy and the person above us had lead feet and stomped around all hours in the night and early morning. "
