“We stayed for a night for the upcoming travel the next morning. We arrived around 10 pm and the service desk got us checked-in within 10 mins. The room was clean and all good. Morning breakfast was available in the cafeteria. The shuttle runs every 1 hr. It is conveniently placed near IAD and is reachable within 10 mins.”

“The bathroom sink is very small and there is no place to put things. My toiletry bag can only be placed on the toilet seat. The water in the basin is either very cold or boiling. The bathing area is outrageous. The shower head is terrible and the water flow is small. Moreover, the bathing area does not have an enclosed bathtub or steps. As soon as I took a shower, water flowed into the bathroom and bedroom, and my shoes were soaked. The bed was very bad, and the pillows were uncomfortable and……

“When I checked in this hotel, I had to wait for a long time. The front desk was new and unskilled. But the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room, very huge cockroaches. “Ruby does not need yo be in the front greeting guest because at the time that I arrive, that was two additional people that was there before me neither was happy with their interaction with her one individual actually complain to me when she walked off during the remainder of my stay the other individuals that were in guest service were pleasant as they should be but I think Ruby needs to be in housekeeping . And her interaction with the public at a minimum. They gave us just exactly fout towels……
