"This is not a hotel. It is a single family home run by a management company. The good: House is spacious, nicely decorated. It's next to a lake with water fowl! Nice. Neighborhood is pretty and well-located. The bad: House is advertised as a 3-bedroom. It's only a 2-bdrm. There is a sofa bed in the family room, but that doesn't qualify as a 3rd bdrm. Kitchen is not as well apportioned as others. The UGLY: There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling, and black mold is beginning to...

"It was a very comfortable place and nicely decorated. But there are some things that need work, none of bedrooms doors stay open and one of them fell off the hinges, they need to be done properly. The glass shower door also is poorly put together, my husband and to tighten that. The linens on all the beds should be replaced they are old and worn. I do feel it is overpriced per night."
