The staff were ALL friendly and helpful, the lobby area was clean an spacious, the continental breakfast was the best I can ever recall, the room was exemplary and the bed? It was like sleeping on Grandma's feather bed (for those old enough to remember them). We arrived at around noon and they checked us right in and assigned our room!"
