"Hotel was what you would expect from a slightly outdated beach hotel. Room was very spacious. Even thou the beds are not that comfortable . They are on metal Frame boxes. The fridge/ cook top in the room were clean but the actual floor was disgusting. We had to request a broom and mop. We couldn't walk in socks or barefoot as the bottoms of our feet turned jet black. "This is a kid friendly hotel with lots of children and teens. Despite that, it was quiet after 10pm, with the exception of teens running down the hall at about 4:30 am. My room was clean and breakfast may have been good, however it is self serve and the kids dominated the area, it was not clean and the kids were allowed to make their own waffles. If you're looking for kid friendly, this is the place for you. If you desire something quieter and with decent continental breakfast, look elsewhere....
