"The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. They lost a star because the “city view” we paid extra for consisted of the back wall of the hotel behind us. There were some minor service issues that were forgivable. Our room was extremely small with just enough room to walk around the bed and very little storage. There was no dresser, just a wall unit with a few shelves and room to hang a few items. The room was also oddly situated behind a door with an entrance to another room. ...

"It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. If the is not possible- at least on every floor. Having to go to the lobby every time to heat something up is a huge hassle. For this reason I would be looking at a different hotel next time I travel. "
